Employees are definitely scared of going back into the office.

I’ve spent the back half of 2020 traveling across the country and let me tell you… everyone is different in how they are approaching going back into the office.

Everyone’s attitude about it is different!

I highly encourage that managers should be talking with their employees, one-on-one, to get a true understanding of where everyone is at with going back into the office. The more you know, the more you can truly understand where everyone is at.

There has to be a plan for getting everyone back into the workplace.
