Leading With Vulnerability – HR From the Heart

I know I’ve talked a lot about this, but everything that I do comes from vulnerability.

When you lead with vulnerability, you’re going to get exactly that back from your employees with support and honesty.

I’m an absolute believer in all that my team does for me, but it’s amazing to how supportive back they are of me.

This all stems from unconditionally accepting and unconditionally loving them, even when I might be upset or even upset at them.

Just do me one favor. Please be a leader that makes the changes and starts to lead with vulnerability. It’s all in you already. Just do ❤️
