2% of our topline revenue is dedicated to making the world a better place through our Job Readiness Program. be the change HR provides FREE Job Readiness Classes and Job Readiness Coaching to trafficking survivors and those transitioning out of homelessness. Each one of our HR Pros teaches and coaches these individuals as part of their role here at be the change HR. The following is a list of nonprofits we serve:
The Individuals we serve in these programs may simply be unemployed due to unfortunate circumstances or they could come from backgrounds like trafficking survivors and those transitioning out of homelessness. Regardless, we believe everyone deserves a chance to have a good job and we help them find their way there.
We are proud to help the community around us prepare to get healthy, gainful employment to improve their lives, grow confidence, and ultimately help people in need to find happiness through independence.
