Autonomous Leadership – HR From the Heart

I let my staff tell the truth. They say what they need to say. And they are very honest with me.

Sometimes, it’s a little tough hearing what they say. Even after taking a deep breath ????

But, be the change HR, Inc., wouldn’t be what it has become without our team be autonomous.

“LeiLani throws you in the deep end” ????????‍♀️

But, I let my team throw me in the deep end, as well! It’s all about being autonomous. But, it has to come from YOU first, as the leader.
